LOT-MASTER® LM-100-AA

Using the  latest infrared technology coupled with advanced optics, state of the  art electronics and advanced software techniques our revolutionary  products are in the forefront of precision long range alignment systems.

LOT-MASTER®  is designed to be used on hard, flat surfaces for the alignment of  objects indoors as well as outdoors. Our single user, three part  infrared system uses two Infrared Head Units coupled with an RF Radio  Receiver that has the capability to align objects of all sizes that have  a minimal width of one inch, in a straight line at distances of 20 feet  to 330 feet (100 meters) and accurate within 1/8 of an inch.

The LOT-MASTER®  has a minimum height point of 18" to a maximum height point of 25.5".  This system is perfect for lining up automobiles on car lots as well as  trucks, motorcycles, RVs, military equipment, heavy equipment, pallets,  vertical rows of chairs, display racks, display booths, etc., giving an  extraordinary presentation. Can also be used for soft surfaces by mounting sensors on dome head tripods, sold separately.

Unlike laser systems, the LOT-MASTER®  can be used in the daylight. The convenient RF Radio Receiver will  notify you by sound and LED lighting when the infrared beams are broken  which allows you to align the objects accurately within seconds.

In addition to our systems being used for alignment of objects, the LOT-MASTER®  can be used as a safety barrier to protect objects such as pallets,  merchandise and any other valuable items in a warehouse environment,  alerting you when the safety boundary has been breached.
